Capital City Exteriors LLC has been a Carolinas favorite since 2013. Owned and operated by Joe Sherlock, the company has expanded to cover the entire Charlotte area stretching from Fort Mill SC and all the way to Lake Norman NC through their straightforward and honest approach to provide customers with quality services for a reasonable price.
Joe, the owner, is a retired police officer and also served in the Marine Corp. His father was in the construction industry and this led him to become very knowledgeable about the trade which has helped him in growing Capital City Exteriors.
The company has completed multiple large and small projects around the Charlotte area. Some of these projects included Mill Wood Townhomes, Cole Creek Townhomes, Village at Back Creek Townhomes, Sharon Pine Apartments and The Goddard School. On top of that, Capital City Exteriors handles the residential roofing and design for several custom home builders in the Charlotte area.
They are also a member of the National Roofing Contractors Association, Best of Houzz, have an A+ Better Business Bureau rating, hold certification by IKO Master Pros and Certainteed, Purple Heart Homes certified vendors and have been approved to work with homes and bathrooms that are ADA (American Disability Association) certified.
